Real Estate Paralegal Karel Kant was born in Wichita, Kansas and raised in Bellevue, Washington. She graduated from Washington State University with a BA in political science. Karel has spent the past 30+ years working as a Real Estate Paralegal, Escrow Closer, Limited Practice Officer and 1031 Exchange Coordinator. Her experience includes tenures with independent escrow companies, an institutional lender and law firms, all here in the Seattle area. She offers a solid foundation of escrow closing expertise with residential, commercial and 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions.
In her spare time, Karel is a sport enthusiast, gardener and keeps the books for her Home Owners Association. She is also active in animal welfare. Karel enjoys being home, currently in Montana, to manage her property and take long walks in the Rockies, but also likes to travel.
