Fee Deposit
Clients that have extensive legal matters – such as litigation, complicated transactions or other situations that involve significant legal services – may be required to execute an MDK Law Fee Deposit Agreement (FDA) to secure future legal representation. The FDA contains our standard language client payment terms and conditions.
