Attorney Alex Larkin recently re-joined MDK Law after practicing overseas for more than a decade.  Alex was with the firm from 2006 to 2010, until he relocated to Southeast Asia, where he advised foreign-investor clients on entering and conducting business and carrying out corporate transactions and acquisitions, as well as establishing offshore holding structures, primarily in Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore.  He also frequently advises clients on international commercial arbitration and cross-border enforcement of arbitral awards.

During his prior time with MDK Law, Alex represented numerous clients in corporate matters and transactions in a range of sectors.  He acted for clients in litigation in Washington State Courts in relation to claims for breach of contract, torts, construction defects, among others.  He has also advised clients in the context of governmental administrative procedures.  Alex successfully argued cases multiple times before the Washington State Court of Appeals.

Alex brings a wealth of international and transactional experience to the firm and we look forward to working with him in the future.
