On December 10, 2014, Mark D. Kimball will serve as a presenter at a CLE Seminar conducted by National Business Institute titled “Legal Ethics of Evidence”. Mr. Kimball will be the presenter on two sections, “Key Sources of Authority” in which he will discuss recent advisory opinions and decisions related to legal ethics and “When Things go Wrong” in which he will discuss the ethical implications of abusive litigation and discovery practices, the ethical implications of misrepresenting a fact, and how ethically to address suspicions that a client is being untruthful.

Mark D. Kimball typically serves as a presenter for 3-4 CLE’s annually. Mark enjoys presenting to other attorneys because it allows him to stay current with legal news and Washington jurisprudence.
