Mark Kimball has returned to Eötvös Loránd University as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching American Corporate and Business Law in an intensive two week program designed for Masters-level law students and graduate Doctoral-level students. Although ELTE University was founded in 1635 and is located in Budapest, through the European Union’s ERASMUS program most of Mark’s students are from other countries in the E.U., including France, Germany, Spain, Italy and and the Netherlands. This tenure is Mark’s third at Eötvös Loránd, and his fifth annual visiting professor appearance through the Center for International Legal Studies, headquartered in Austria, and through the E.U.’s university ERASMUS program.
