MDK Law Associates offers Federal (USPTO) trademark registration package for your brand/logo/mark/slogan which includes the following:
- Initial consultation with an Intellectual Property Paralegal or Attorney to review brand protection needs
- Preliminary Availability Screen (Full Availability screens are billed separately, if requested)
- Trademark Application Filing with the USPTO, including filing fee
- Simple Administrative Office Action Responses
- Application Status Updates
- Registration Certificate management
The single class application package price for these services is $1,200.00.*
*Multiclass applications will cost an additional $400 per class. Intent to Use Applications cost an additional $150 per class to file proof of use. Package does not include any additional legal fees incurred for office actions and other unanticipated PTO administrative actions. Legal costs incurred related to prosecution of trademark applications will be charged at hourly attorney and paralegal rates.
