Mark Kimball holds an advanced, post-doctoral LL.M. Degree in Tax Law, and has presented tax law and tax policy papers and publications at a variety of state, national and international academic and professional conferences. Litigation includes representation before the State of Washington Department of Revenue and other taxing entities, the Internal Revenue Service, and in Superior Court.
