James P. Ware, J.D.
Attorney James P. Ware received Bachelor degrees in Economics and Music from the University of Colorado at Boulder. James’ legal education began at the University of Miami School of Law, where activities included service as the head of legal research on a legal justice project; he completed his legal studies at the University of Denver School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor on a Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. James also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Denver in the field of Intellectual Property, and interned with the Colorado Court of Appeals. James has extensive litigation experience in state and federal taxation, including successful administrative (Department of Revenue) and appellate outcomes. In his spare time James enjoys cycling, running, and music.
Natalie E. Job, J.D.
Attorney Natalie E. Job received a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society with a Minor in Professional Editing from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Natalie received her Juris Doctor Degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she served as Associate Managing Editor of the Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal. During law school, Natalie was also one of four members of the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition Team, allowing her to represent McGeorge in an international commercial arbitration moot in Vienna, Austria. Natalie's practice area includes contract, UCC and commercial law and litigation. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys snowboarding, indoor soccer, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Brandon P. Wayman, J.D.
Attorney Brandon P. Wayman received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Washington. Brandon earned his Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School, where his studies focused on Finance and Securities Law and Regulation. While in New York, Brandon worked for a major brokerage house located in New York City, and more recently for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys skiing, traveling (especially Italy and Greece), and tennis.
Mary K. Thurston, J.D.
Attorney Mary K. Thurston received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with Honors, from Western Washington University. Mary earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Santa Clara University with academic awards, and as a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Mary also served as Research Editor on Law Review, and Academic Success Program Session Leader. Work experience includes tenure at the California Attorney General's Office in the Clerkship Honors Program, and work in employment law in a Bay Area firm. She holds special honors as a member of the Order of the Coif, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her interests include Employer and Employment Law and Immigration Law. Mary Thurston is licensed as an attorney in both Washington and California.
Mark G. Niehoff, B.A.B.A.
Mark Niehoff holds a degree in Business Finance and Economics from Seattle University, and works with the office to provide ancillary paralegal and business-related services. Mark's past employment has included work in Management for a major national Fortune-500 retailer, where he also received the President's Award in Excellence, and work as a Financial Analyst for the Boeing Company. Other employment has included professional and supervisory work for a nationwide tax preparation firm. Mark is a lifelong Seattle native, and, in addition to his extensive business and tax backgrounds, is an avid sailer, enjoys skiing, tennis, and other outdoor activities.
Karel Kant, B.A.
Karel Kant, a longstanding Eastside resident, graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Political Science. Karel has twenty-plus years’ experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, Escrow Closer and Limited Practice Officer. Her experience includes tenures with independent escrow companies, an institutional lender and law firms in the Seattle area. Karel brings a solid foundation of escrow and closing expertise in residential, commercial and 1031-exchange transactions. In her spare time, Karel is a sports enthusiast, volunteering to assist both baseball and soccer coaches. She is also active in animal welfare. Greg Dumond, M.B.A.
Greg Dumond has over ten years domestic and international trademark acquisition, maintenance and protection experience with J.C.Penney Company as well as experience in customs protests and foreign trade. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for AT&T Wireless, Alcatel Lucent and Clear Wireless as a Senior Buyer/Purchasing Manager of Technical Services. In addition to a BA in Communications from Buffalo State and an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas, Greg also has a Certificate in Project Management from University of Washington and a Paralegal Certificate. He enjoys camping, hiking, gardening and travel.
